Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner is digital upgrade ultrasonic cleaner machine. It has degas function, semi wave function and heater function. Its semi wave function makes ultrasonic power adjustable; Its heating power is 450w, 200% higher than regular machine. The heater plus function save 1/3 of heating up time, and saving 1/3 of user's cleaning time. The parts ultrasonic cleaner is mainly used for jewelry, glasses, dental instruments, instruments, lab equipments, medical equipments , tools, jewelry tools, auto parts, motor parts, 3d printing parts cleaning .It can clean oil rust dust or any dirty from metal or hardware material items.

How to use ultrasonic cleaner ?

1. Fill water / cleaning solution into the Ultrasonic tank ;

2. Put the dirty parts into the tank,

3. Add some cleaning shampoo,

4. Choose time, by pushing timer button;

5. Push "On "button, the ultrasonic cleaner will start working ,'

6. If want to use heater power, push temperature button to choose temperature,

7. When you want to choose other cleaning mode : Push On button to pause machine, to push choose (strong cleaning/ degas function/ sweep/ soft cleaning, pulse cleaning mode )button, to operate the mode you want;

8. When finishing cleaning , cleaner machine auto shut off.

9. Power off the ultrasonic cleaner.

10. Drain water out and use cloth to wipe dry the tank of ultrasonic cleaner.

Notes to use ultrasonic cleaner:

1. Must fill liquid before operate the ultrasonic cleaner to work
2. Do not run the machine continuously for more than 30 minutes at a time,
3. Do not set temperature too high when using heater function
4. When using heater function, liquid must be more than 2/3 of the tank ;
5. When clean fragile items, can choose 1-3 minutes to try cleaning
6. Cleaning items can be put into basket to protect.

What is degas function on ultrasonic cleaner ?

Degas function means the ultrasonic wave vibrate 6 seconds, will stop 6seconds to let the air bubble drain way, and then the ultrasonic wave vibrate again. Making this vibrating model as a cycle .By degas function it can protect fragile items , and it also keep gold jewelries away fro oxidization when cleaning
What is semi wave function? Is any advantage for semi wave function?
The semi wave function , means one machine has double ultrasonic power .When chose save wave, meaning the ultrasonic cleaner is working at half ultrasonic power. The semi wave function is use for try cleaning (such as fragile or high value items printhead, lens, glasses can choose semi wave to try cleaning . And the semi wave can make one machine can clean different requirement items.
